Yoga for everyone

Our intention is to make ‘Yoga’ understandable, tangible, as well as accessible to everyone. To share individual yoga experiences with the idea of bringing yoga closer to people. Everyone can practice yoga according to their needs. That is why we want to motivate people of all ages, as well as individual fitness levels, to find joy in yoga. Thus, in the long term, better health, as well as a higher quality of life can be achieved.

Yoga as time out

Every day has only 24 hours and thus limited mental resources. Therefore, there is an upper limit to what each person can handle in terms of pleasures or consumption. You can imagine that we have long since exceeded this limit. This means that where the highest prosperity pulsates, the life satisfaction of the people sinks. Due to the ever-growing consumer society, expectations of people are also increasing. Stress is increasing, which can lead to depression, burnout phenomena, disorientation or even stimulus overload. Precisely because we have reached the psychological growth limit, it would be all the more important to switch off from everyday life and find oneself. Only then can one define oneself, as well as find personal happiness independent of consumption.

The ancient Indians already knew it. Yoga can be used supportively to restore balance.
